Our Annual McStay Cup Blitz took place last weekend; We had 80 Children boys & girls between the ages of 6 and 10 taking part this year from within the parish. The under 8 group & under 10 group were divided in to four teams with each team playing 3 matchs. The winning team in under 8 was Shane Colemans team and the winning team in under 10 was Keelan Wilsons team. A great day was had had by all especially with the weather being so nice. We would like to thank Paddy & Pakie Rooney for Sponsoring the Medals for all participants and finally we would like to thank the parents for providing and serving the tea, coffee and refreshments to all after the blitz. This brings to an end the training for our under 8's & under 10's for 2014. We hope that ye all enjoyed the coaching and games during the year and ye look forward to returning again in the New Year.
